About Me!

Thank you so much for visiting my website! My name is Easton and I have been always fascinated in all things technology since I was about 12 years old. I was recognized as the “Most Tech Savvy” person in my school and won an award for it. Typically, staff and other students would come to me before going to our school’s admin. Of course, if the issue was beyond my permissions, I would have to redirect them to our IT Administrator. This has always further driven me to become more knowledgeable in the IT realm and help others.

Everything I have learned was all self-taught via documents, video’s, and books. I even created this very website on my own with the help of some videos/documentations. I am very proficient at following step by step instructions, as well as retaining that information for later use cases. I have always dreamed of being in a position where I help others administer their technology needs whether that be in the Business or Personal world.

I currently manage my own home lab/networking with services like Active Directory, Azure/PIM, Group Policy, Shared Network Folders, Exchange Policies and Administration, SCCM, ITSM platform, Remote Access via Endpoint Central, maintaining multiple public domains, OS Installations, Phishing Simulations, MDM/Intune Support, and VPNs/VLANs. For my personal network, I purchased a Unifi Dream Machine Pro with a AC-PRO Access Point. I went with the UDM Pro as it has a lot of the business-like functionality. Additionally, this will allow me to expand my network throughout multiple points within my home, as well as give me more of an opportunity to understand the networking side of things as well as network security.

I am CompTIA A+ Certified and my most notable professional experience is working along side the IT Service Desk assisting internal employee’s as well as collaborating with the team on issues and potential improvements. I would also frequently jump in and assist the team with verification requests for account reactivations, program specific errors, and processes for troubleshooting steps/escalation points.
